A professionally trained and experienced Archivist / Records Manager seeks a full time archival or RIM related job. I am experienced in a variety of institutional and academic environments, adept at project management, a great team leader / player and able to work with and communicate with individuals at any level. I am highly motivated and organized in my work and excel at managing multiple projects and problem solving.

Professional Experience:
Developing and implementing Records Management procedures;
Developing and conducting staff training in Records Management policies and procedures;
Managing project team members;
Appraisal and accessioning of institutional records to the Records Management / Archives department of the United States Holocaust Museum;
Arrangement and Description and preservation of Multi-Media and paper collections;
Conducting reference interviews with researchers;
Conducting bibliographic instruction sessions for students / staff;
Supervision of reference / reading room of University archives department.

Applicable Skills:
Microsoft Word processing, Power Point, Access, Excel, Visio and FrontPage;
Interwoven Desksite (Electronic Document Management System) and LegalKEY;
Knowledge of Library and Archival standards including DACS, MARC and EAD;
Able to use Federal Records Retention Schedules;
Online and historical research;
Able to communicate clearly and accurately both written and orally;
Reading knowledge of Spanish and German.
