In the summer of 2006 I worked full-time as a first grade teacher in a summer program. Originally, I was a teacher’s aide but promoted to a teacher. I taught math, reading, and art. Additionally, I supervised field trips, coordinated classroom projects and documented injury and discipline reports.

From 2004 through 2005 I worked part-time as a teacher’s aide. During this time I monitored about sixty children in an after school program in the Early Childhood department. I interacted with parents, documented injury and discipline reports, trained new employee, and worked closely with students, administrative staff and teachers.
