Silver Cleaning & Storage

I usually use a combination of powdered chalk/denatured alcohol/distilled water to create a silver cleaning compound. I'm wondering if there are any pre-mixed compounds that you may recommend for cleaning. I'm finding it difficult to locate powdered chalk . Also, I have been wrapping my silver artifacts in silvercloth and storing them in an airtight Rubbermaid container. Is there a better way to store the silver as well?
