Personal Statement:
My work experience to date has been focused on the realms of arts and culture, publishing and heritage. I am looking for an opportunity to apply my knowledge and experience to a broader spectrum of within the heritage industry, particularly Planning and Management. I am confident that my knowledge base, skills set and positive attitude enable me to successfully work in these fields.  A paper on Intangible Heritage for the International Network on Cultural Policies. Organized two experts’ workshops.
 Scientific Visual Literacy School Curriculum Programme (programme co-ordinator for a week long workshop for educators)

2001 – 2003: Researcher and Assistant Exhibitions Curator: District Six Museum Foundation
 Conducted primary research at the Surveyor-General, City Council, State Archives and the Deeds office for the ‘Patterns of Property Ownership Exhibit’ (Protea Village Exhibition)
 Conducted primary research a St Saviours Church (Claremont) for Church exhibit (Protea Village Exhibition)
 Co-ordinated oral interviews and their transcription
 Part of team that conducted archeological and photographic surveys of the site
 Acted as the Administrator and Assistant for the Exhibitions Curator and liaison between research team and exhibition design team
