Personal Statement:
My aim is to be curator of basically any type of Natural History collection. Whether it's botanical, zoological or a combination thereof, as long as it's multicellular.

Education:
• 1995 – 2000: Museology at the Reinwardt Academy, part of the Amsterdam School of the Arts. Graduated February 4th, 2000: Bachelor of Museology (Specialization: registration, documentation and conservation)
• 2000 – 2007: Biology at Groningen University. Graduated August 31st, 2007: MSc Biology (Specialization: Ecology)

Professional Experience:
• 1995 – 2000: Variety of curatorial work done during Museology study e.g. at the Amsterdam Film museum, Museum of Natural History in Leiden
• Nov 15th, 1999 – Jul 18th, 2000: Museum of Utrecht University: conservation and registration of a large variety of objects
• Jul 16th, 2003 – Jul 16th, 2004: Museum of Groningen University: conservation and registration of archive materials
• Nov 15th, 2007 – Aug 31st 2008: Museum of Groningen University: inventory, moving and registration of zoological objects of Groningen University and Natuurmuseum Groningen
