Default thesis survey, "Art Collecting Ethics and the Public Trust"

Hello all,
I am conducting a survey for a thesis titled, "Art Museum Collecting Ethics and the Public Trust" for a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM)Degree in Museum Studies from the Harvard University Extension School. My goal is to determine the extent of the public's knowledge, beliefs and expectations regarding the collection of undocumented, illegally-exported, and looted cultural objects in American art museums. While the topic is widely covered in the media by scholars and journalists, this survey aims to uncover the opinions of those most likely to utilize museums- museum professionals and the art-savvy, museum-going public...that's you if you're reading this. The survey should take no more than 20 minutes, and those who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card to Amazon.com.

Thank you kindly,

Thumbs up Very Interesting

Theresa,

I took the survey and found it to be very interesting. It really made me think about things from both the perspective of a professional and a museum-goer. Good luck with your project!
