- My passion is the visual arts, and I obtained my Art History degree from Washington University in Saint Louis with an eye toward museum work. I then chose to pursue a Master’s degree in Arts Administration at Indiana University. The majority of my courses were conducted in their renowned MBA program, which equipped me with the best possible administrative skills. Along with my administrative classes, I took a course entitled “Legal Issues in the Arts” that inspired me to go on to law school. In law school I focused on classes relevant to the arts, including copyright, trademark, and First Amendment law.
In addition to my educational credentials, I have professional experience in a variety of non-profit organizations and have proven to be quite adaptable. I get up to speed quickly, meeting and exceeding my positions goals. Further, I have experience supervising both a paid assistant and a large group of volunteers.
