Default How do you recognize your volunteers?

We have an annual Volunteer Recognition Dinner to recognize our volunteers for the thousands of hours of volunteer service that they provide each year. I'm wondering what how other museums recognize their volunteers to show them how much their time is appreciated.

We do that too. We host a nice dinner and awards ceremony. Staff who work closely with volunteers are invited to attend (since we're a large institution and can't invite everyone). In addition, since the collections department has many of the Museum's most loyal volunteers (with the most years and hours of service) they give their volunteers corsages or boutonnieres. They love it, and the other volunteers are just a little jealous (which makes them feel even more special!)
